Returns & Replacements
We accept returns or exchanges only if:

What’s NOT Eligible for Return
We do not accept returns if:

The product is used or damaged by the customer

You ordered the wrong product by mistake

You simply changed your mind after delivery

The issue is reported after 48 hours of delivery
Refund Process

If approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days

You’ll receive the refund to your original payment method or UPI

For COD orders, we’ll need your bank/UPI details
Replacements
If your order qualifies, we’ll:

Send a replacement at no extra cost
Return Shipping

For damaged/incorrect items, we’ll arrange reverse pickup (where available)

In other cases, you may need to ship the item back to us
