Refund Policy

Returns & Replacements

We accept returns or exchanges only if:

  • You received a wrong product

  • The product is damaged or defective

  • You report the issue within 48 hours of delivery

Please include:

  • Order ID

  • Clear photos/video of the issue

  • Unboxing video Compulsory

What’s NOT Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns if:

  • The product is used or damaged by the customer

  • You ordered the wrong product by mistake

  • You simply changed your mind after delivery

  • The issue is reported after 48 hours of delivery

Refund Process

  • If approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days

  • You’ll receive the refund to your original payment method or UPI

  • For COD orders, we’ll need your bank/UPI details

Replacements

If your order qualifies, we’ll:

  • Send a replacement at no extra cost

Return Shipping

  • For damaged/incorrect items, we’ll arrange reverse pickup (where available)

  • In other cases, you may need to ship the item back to us
